Exploration
Explorers are given the opportunity to experience Ghanaian culture through travel and immersive activities. By visiting local communities, participating in traditional events, and engaging with everyday life, explorers gain a deeper understanding of Ghana’s history, values, and way of life. Through these experiences, explorers connect authentically with people, traditions, and places. The journey goes beyond sightseeing, offering meaningful cultural exchange, learning, and appreciation that fosters respect and lasting connections.
Internship Opportunities
Our internship opportunities allow explorers to work directly within Ghanaian communities, gaining hands-on experience while making a meaningful contribution. Interns collaborate with local organizations, community leaders, and projects, developing practical skills while understanding real-world social and cultural dynamics. Through this immersive experience, explorers learn, grow, and create positive impact. The internships encourage cultural exchange, professional development, and community empowerment, ensuring that both interns and the communities benefit from the shared experience.
GRAAFSCHAP COLLEGE FROM THE NETHERLANDS
On the 18th January to 29th January 2025, The Fair Chance Explorers team hosted the GRAAFSCHAP college students from the Netherlands. The group of students came as part of their internship to explore various notable Ghanaian culture and make donations.

Participants can raise awareness and funds to support and complete meaningful initiatives of their choice, including:
- School Construction Projects.

- Hospital Equipment and medical Supply Donations.
- Social Work and Poverty Alleviation Programs
